A man seen on home security camera footage physically abusing his mentally-retarded young son at their house in Pathum Thani has been arrested in Sing Buri province. A security camera installed in their house in Khlong Luang district, Pathum Thani, had filmed her husband throwing the toddler forcefully down onto a mattress, and the child later suffering a seizure. The father also assaulted his son by slapping his mouth and hitting him with a spoon while feeding him. She was suspicious and bought and installed a security camera system that she could monitor via her smart phone. She posted a photo on April 20 of her young son with a swollen, blackened eye.
